About William Rippe, M.D.

I have dedicated over 45 years to the practice of medicine, striving to provide compassionate, high-quality care to individuals and families in St. Joseph, Missouri, and beyond. My approach to medicine has always been patient-centered, focusing on dignity, comfort, and evidence-based treatment.

I earned my medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School in 1977 and completed my residency at Letterman Army Medical Center. Over the years, I have had the privilege of serving in leadership roles at Mosaic Life Care, including as Head of Internal Medicine and Head of Hospice. These experiences have reinforced my commitment to comprehensive patient care, chronic disease management, and end-of-life support.

As a board-certified physician in internal medicine, I am dedicated to guiding patients through every stage of their healthcare journey. Whether managing complex medical conditions or providing support in hospice care, my goal is to ensure that patients and their families receive the highest standard of care with warmth and empathy.

Outside of my work in medicine, I enjoy being involved in my community and spending time with my family.
